Keema Matar is a delicious and aromatic Indian dish made with minced meat (usually lamb or beef) and green peas (matar). Here's a simple recipe to make it:

### Ingredients:

- 500g minced meat (lamb, beef, or chicken)

- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)

- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece ginger, minced

- 2 green chilies, slit (adjust according to your spice preference)

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste

- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

### Instructions:

1. **Cooking:**

   - Heat oil or ghee in a pan or skillet over medium heat.

   - Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

   - Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

   - Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

   - Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

   - Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes until the spices are fragrant.

   - Add minced meat (keema) to the pan and break it apart with a spoon. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.

   - Add green peas to the pan and mix well with the cooked meat mixture.

2. **Simmering:**

   - Add a splash of water if the mixture looks dry, then cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peas are cooked and the flavors are well combined.

   - Adjust the consistency of the dish by adding more water if needed.

3. **Serve:**

   - Once the keema and peas are cooked through and the flavors have melded together, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves.

   - Serve hot with steamed rice, naan, or roti.
