### Ingredients:

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-inch piece ginger, minced

- 2 green chilies, slit (adjust according to your spice preference)

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish


### Instructions:


1. **Prepare the Vegetables:**

   - Wash the green beans and trim the ends. Cut them into 1-inch pieces.

   - Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes.

   - Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate or finely chop the ginger.

   - Chop the tomatoes.


2. **Cooking:**

   - Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

   - Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

   - Add minced garlic, ginger, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

   - Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and oil starts to separate.

   - Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.

   - Add diced potatoes and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

   - Add green beans and mix until well combined with the spices and potatoes.

   - Add about 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, and cook until the potatoes and beans are tender. Stir occasionally and add more water if required.
